How information submitted through the ADE Riviera website is handled.

Project enquiries
The form requires your first name, email address and message. You may also provide your surname, telephone number, project type and location, and up to three optional JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF files (6 MB per file, 12 MB in total). Only send information relevant to your project. Avoid sensitive documents and obtain permission before sharing information about other people.
We use this information to respond, assess your project, prepare a quotation and follow up on your enquiry. For quotation requests, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. The form checkbox does not subscribe you to advertising.
Recipients and attachments
Enquiries are emailed to the company and handled by authorised personnel. Hosting and email providers process information to deliver and store the correspondence. The website is hosted by IONOS. Attachments are emailed privately; the form removes its temporary server copies after the sending attempt. Copies received in the mailbox are not removed by this operation. The form does not publish attachments in a public media gallery.
Retention
Enquiries and attachments are retained for the time necessary to respond and follow up on the project. This depends on when correspondence is closed and, if a contract follows, its performance. Records needed to meet legal obligations or defend legal claims may be retained for the corresponding period. You may request deletion of information that is no longer necessary.
Website statistics and external services
The site integrates Google Analytics through Site Kit and Metricool for website statistics. These services may process browsing activity, technical identifiers, browser and device information. External media, including ADE Luxury Radio, may also receive connection information when loaded.
Non-essential cookies and trackers require prior consent unless a valid exemption applies. Browser settings can block or delete cookies but do not replace the website’s responsibility to obtain consent. Provider-specific details are available in the Google privacy policy and Metricool privacy policy. International providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; the arrangements and safeguards depend on the service.
Your rights
Depending on the processing concerned, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Contact contact@aderiviera.com or write to the registered office, specifying your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.
